Because of the $$! Idra is giving people exactly what they want to see and people eat it up. The one game against Polt generates more publicity than the brilliant play from Suppy. People don't want to see Idra perform they want Idra to act like a child. All sports have this too, this one guy/girl that is popular for other reasons than sporting achievement.

Usually when idra bms on the veryrare occasions he plays on a bigger stage people claim its all because of publicity and that he makes more money with it. But i usually dont even hear from idra anymore. He is imho not the most popular foreigner (i think thats stephano) and i also doubt that he makes more money than mc or mvp.

Often the same people who BM a lot on ladder, have an over-inflated view of their skills and balance whine on forums? ![]() I have a soft spot for Mr Fields myself, primarily because of those epic MLG showdowns with MC/MMA and the likes, playing straight-up macro against the best around at the time. Yeah he came up short sometimes, but there was a palpable ENERGY in the room when those games were going down. Similarly to the Naniwa vs Leenock series. Hell you could hate Naniwa with every fibre of your being, but as a broadcast spectacle, having a crowd that energised is awesome. I mean, compare watching 'real' sports when the stadium is packed, to say Lazio playing behind closed doors, that kind of crowd vibe actually is really notable by its absence.

I'm certain he has a couple of threads about him on battlenet as well.

Project Gracken • EG spends a large sum of money to send Idra to SKT, to undergo Project Gracken a.k.a 'Rebuilding the Grack'. • Project Gracken is leaded by Boxer and Oov (who rejoins SKT after his time in the army), which consists of brainwashing Idra with fighting spirit. • Unfortunately after the brainwashing is completed, EG runs out of money for Idra's stay in SKT, so he's sent back to coach Park. • Idra goes through harsh training under coach Park's command, with the new implemented resolve, the Gracken rebuilding is then complete, just in time for the rest of Proelague. One can only dream? I think Idra rack disciprine

I know the game got hard after polt had such a massive lead but atleast try? What kind of mentality is this? Are you competitive enought for even trying? Can you see others succeed where you fail? Is it the game? the balance? Or it's you and your bad attitude? bahh such a disapointment
