MOD NOTE: The bracket on Liquipedia is not final and should be assumed to be speculative. If you are a competitor, trust what MLG Admins tell you over the bracket.

It would be pretty stupid of them to not change their sleeping schedule before this tournament, considering it's the qualifier to the entire WCS of the region they chose to play in.
Kind of difficult to do that when GSTL and Proleague matches are on the same day.

Playing with latency against Banelings sucks. (They both lost to Zergs...)
Well that´s why there is a region called WCS korea.
QFT. Latency and time are excuses to lose but not reasons to complain.
Maybe time issues aren't but latency definitely is. If Blizzard was willing to put more money in they could have mitigated it. Just look at the beta server. Everyone played on the same server and latency wasn't bad at all.
No is not. This is WCS NA region. If they wanted no lag they could have gone to the WCS Korea.
Or you know the 3rd option. Blizzard could have made a server like the beta server specifically for WCS that had no latency.
Unless I'm seriously understanding how this server thing works, isn't that impossible? Where are you going to put it, the moon?
Idk how it works all I know is that the beta server had europeans playing with koreans with no significant latency problems.

Not really, with the SPL/GSTL you could do it so you go to sleep 2-3h after the match and be fit for fight for WCS. And it's really not that hard to fit in a solid 5h catchup sleep or even power nap.

Or maybe the latency isn't a problem blizzard can fix. As R1ch has said before, Korea has shitty international Internet.

I'm not sure if you've ever tried to sleep 2-3 hours on demand when you're not tired but It's not that simple ;o
