I'm pretty sure you didn't used to get the resources back when you lost morphing banelings / broodlords.
I believe it changed with the release of HoTS

You did but they never had the ingame indicator so a lot of people didn't realise it.

Yeah it was always this ways for units or upgrades in production, but not for banelings I think. They changed that afaik.

In Korea they just use the players actual names, and nicknames are often changed. For example, Flash used to play a lot under the in-game nickname "Kira", while the Korean casters would refer to him as Lee Young Ho and foreigners continued to refer to him as Flash despite his own choice of nickname.

yeah first one is no bug ... seriously if Blizzard goes on we will get fully refunded for losing units. I think they should have rather changed the Protoss mechanic, if warped in units lose their energy -> dead + cooldown. Rather then refunding Zerg for losing stuff they morph in risky.
Terran has no easy mode like this, so soon buildings will auto cancel lol. (or already do judging from a thread in forums)

Buildings do auto cancel (PF for example when morphing same with orbital) if the building dies before finishing the morph money back

They changed it for banes and BLs to show the ressources. Nothing has changed besides some cosmetics.
