Mana so sick, it's like he only keeps improving despite already being one of the very best foreigners.

why did he remax on gateway units?

because he couldn't have done much else. colossi and archons would have taken too long to build and would have been to expensive. same goes for void rays.

if you lose a significant amount of late game army in pvp, you normally lose. except you throw the game away through passive play.

also, tempests were a great gamechanger.

Damn, I can't believe MaNa managed to hold on as long as he did. That takes a pretty strong mentality to see the game through.

I wonder which alternate language stream picked up the most viewers after TB crashed. Me, I'm actually enjoying the french stream very much

I guess as an American (generally) it doesn't really matter what language. My German is good enough to follow sc2 matches so TaKe is the logical choice. So I guess for most Europeans it would be German of French.

MaNa best foreigner on HotS ? Looks like so. Awesome play !

I dont think we have seen enough competition to say who is the best. At least I want to see Sase and Naniwa play as well. Maybe that a TL or EG player can proove something too.

But from what I did see, yes, Mana really fucking good.

To me it seems like he was trying to base trade. But Mana's positioning was good. I guess base trade was the only possibility.

Mouz doing surprisingly well, MaNa is a beast. But seriously Totalbiscuit's casting is soooo bad in my opinion, not knowing what map game is being played and also he seems to be totally lost whats happening/gonna happen. Even tho i suck at
germany, i am gonna switch to Take since TB is so lost :/

I think he improved over time and I don't mind him not knowing the name of the map at all. My one complaint is that sometime he's way too assertive and judgmental over player decisions. I prefer when caster either try to explain the player decisions or leave the benefit of the doubt to players who understand the game much better than them. That may be a product of solo casting though.

Lol, that's the exact opposite of what my casting actually is. I don't make judgments, I present options and possibilities. I know I don't know much, I would never condemn the decision of a player before the result is shown.

Would been nice but MMA is already playing for Acer so we couldn't merc him

Mana played really well, as did hOpe, very impressed (and terrified) by that build. All losses are deserved as are all wins, there's no excuses to be made. I'm impressed with CranKs run even if he fell at the final hurdle, he showed poise and precision under pressure and I hope he can replicate that tonight.

As for Alicia, don't fuck with Alicia in PvP

ATC is really enjoyable. It´s got great casting, great variance in teams and runs without 10min breaks after every game. Perfect product for its niche, I think.

Never doubt MaNa! :D Mouz should take part in GSTL next time, second all-Korean team in a row down.

Too expensive. Mouz doesn't have a single player in Korea IIRC, and probably would not be able to afford to keep them there for the duration of the season short of some extravagant subsidy by GSL. :\

Yeah, sure! It was just a joke, it wouldn't make sense for mouz and it wouldn't go well either, but I must say it's quite impressive how MaNa defeats two Korean teams in a week basically on his own.

Where can I read how the revive rule works?
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Matchformat Bo9 with an ace player (when a team is down X-4, or last man standing)

Ace can be any player, even those who have played and lost before; this is independent of "revive" rule

Twice a season, a player may be "revived" and play again despite losing an earlier game; can revive only once per match
