doomdrop while moving in from the other side both got destroyed extremly hard. From there it was all downhill, because he was simply 30-50supply behind...

He turns into a boss when he needs to. :p You mean he throws a game if the game would ALLOW him to throw it. Pretty sad this guy makes it in over MVP and Keen.
He beat both players 2-0. No way can you argue he doesnt deserve to advance lol

(Apart from the "imbaimbaimba zerg" thing, i want a real answer) His drop/split attack was horrible. He didn't make enough tanks or marauders when the ultra transition was coming out so he had no ability to push.

He didn't crush the ultra passive style of zerg that comes of early 10p. If you also watch the vods you will him not macroing 100% and often going quite high on the mineral count before throwing down more production buildings.
You really have to draw the zerg a part as well to try to kill bases so the zerg HAVE to attack.

Roro has the best chance, followed by MKP/Keen.

Yeh, + the choke is closed by indestructible rocks

(Apart from the "imbaimbaimba zerg" thing, i want a real answer) He made some mistakes, like his drop play wasn't exemplary. That doom drop was bad as well. Nothing that really should have cost him the game compared to Roro's play.

Eh, not exactly excited about Roro advancing, but it's whatever! Congrats to MKP though! He got to completely avoid facing Mvp.

I wish I could play with 90 supply in siege tanks too ...

doom drops suck shit vs zerg because of 2 reasons: first: zerg have strong melee units that own your ass, if they get under your dropships and second: zerg bases don't have a lot of buildings in them and are very open space because of that, so these strong melee units get a lot of surface area, while the range units still have limited space to kite. those doom drops put roro way ahead both times and were a crucial mistake by keen.
EDIT: and stop this auto turret vs ultra shit! auto turrets are armored units and die to ultras in a snap of a second.

Keen way overmade medivacs for a maxed army. You want lots of meds if you're constantly trading, but he was maxed with what looked like 14 medivacs. That's 20+ supply tied up in things that don't fight, a huge waste. Only need 4-6 if you're just going to camp. Also he tried to doomdrop a mobile ultralisk/baneling force without tanks??? If he lifted his tanks with him, and sieged up at the main, then it would've been a much better trade. Just looking at their two maxed armies I knew Keen would lose, because the meat of his army looked too small in comparison.

(Apart from the "imbaimbaimba zerg" thing, i want a real answer) There really is no other reason. Oh god, just fuck off. Is it that easy to forget those atrocious "doom drop" attempts? He lost half his army for nothing and then the other half too, I know that every time a terran loses they outplay the zerg regardless of how shit their enagements were, but just look at the game. Roro got further and further ahead from each fight because he just played better than keen, deal with it
|
And in fairness to Roro, he also split his army well to counter Keen's attempt to drop the base and attack elsewhere.
People are kind of ignoring that he did play well, for reasons that aren't entirely clear.

Well he did make some mistakes with drops and non of his lategame engagements were so much greater than Roros.
Though roros engagements were terrible. Keen just basically couldn't keep Roro's macro down in either game. Killed a bunch of bases in game 1, sure, but Roro was expanding like 3 times at once so he expected to lose some.
Not that I know what Keen could have really done better. Could bring up the raven argument again, but I think really Terran need to adopt the protoss technique of the pre-BL timing. Basically do your best to all-in there. MVP's mech usually does this decently and will take out some bases whilst he then follows up with super viking production with the odd banshee sniping away.
In short: Keen never had a favourable offensive engagement. He defended well sometimes, but the counter was half a map away. Roro lost his army on Keen's side of the map 100% of the time I believe.

Don't forget that you need about 20 ghosts as well so you can mass EMP all the infestors.

where exactly are you getting 300 supply from?!
also 25 battlecruisers can be taken out so easily by sick fungals
