He was not there when the game was supposed to start and it is going on tv. They can't be like oh wait nvm let us fuck up the whole tv schedule to wait for someone who is not here when he is supposed to be. He got there late, they did the right call.

Second of all, It's the players responsibility to follow the rules. Third of all, this event is hosted on Television. So, they need the players to be there on the scheduled time for the event. This is the kind of professionalism we need. Remember the Naniwa 4 probe rush situation? GOM had banned Naniwa from Code S because he 4 probe rushed Nestea. GOM had no pre-written rule that you couldn't worker rush, yet banned Naniwa from Code S. Only after receiving a ton of backlash from the community and realizing that they were in the wrong since there was no pre-written rules did they waive the ban. Is this the kind of professionalism you want?

Schedules can be tight, and many people would complain about waiting for a longer period of time on the stream, or at the studio just because Hero and JYP didn't anticipate traffic. Not saying it's HerO's fault, but had to be done. And you don't make sense CoR.

It's terrible and sad that it was beyond their control, but that's life.

Does anyone know if there's any prospect of a fix for this? In the mean time, is there any way for me to fix this? Anyone got an answer for this?

Is this the kind of professionalism you want? I agree this is the kind of professionalism we need. But I wouldn't even go so far as to call it professionalism. It's basic common sense. Guy isn't here? Okay go without him. Anyone who disagrees is thinking on such a low level that there isn't even any point in arguing. But I did agree with GOM who banned NaNiWa. The reason shouldn't have been because he probe rushed, but because he blatantly ruined the viewing experience of their customers. There doesn't need to be a set rule saying "when you trash our audience, you will be punished". You're thinking on an international level. It's perfectly normal and fine for a Korean organization to ban NaNiWa for being a total jackass on live television. They withdrew the ban because they are trying to make international fans happy, but in their minds they were 100% sure that they should have kept NaNiWa banned. From their perspective, they are completely correct.

From their perspective, they are completely correct. Sure, what Naniwa did was wrong but so was GOM's whole setup of making it possible to play completely pointless games. It shouldn't be possible to have to be forced to play a game that means nothing without it being a showmatch. They messed up by making that possible and for it to happen.
