Well he doesn't count, he is so strong that he is considered Korean from now on

There just isn't a foreigner that is way ahead of other foreigners now.
I think Scarlett and Suppy are too wet behind their ears yet, especially the latter.

Bischu vs Dimaga anyone knows?

He basically held that title undisputed for the last year, but with multiple series losses to foreigners in the last couple of months and getting outshined by other Zergs at WCS it's not looking particularly good... He's having a bad month that's for sure. He should focus on less tournaments so he can perform better. or switch team

Two tournaments now. He didn't get out of the group stage in two separate tournaments.

Lol this is funny. He's in a slump, and players in a slump obviously aren't candidates till they get out of the slump, which I'm sure he's going to do eventually, but not now.
He still has better results than all the players yu listed. He won LSC2 two weeks ago when Naniwa and Thorzain didn't even make top 8. Nerchio sure won DH bucharest but LSC2 had a better player pool(he lost in the group stage of BWC as well). Scarlett? has she ever won a tourney? Suppy? lol.

He won iesf over Squirtle (which was in korea! :O), beat MVP at homestory cup, frequently wins online stuff... Though I agree he's not shown enough to be considered for the title. He seems to have the potential though!

Slim pickings. Not a lot of players outside of Korea are doing well in tournaments with top Koreans these days. Stephano held the position by winning LCS 2, but WCS is a far better tournament in terms of skill.

IeSF it's not that much but i wouldn't call it ANYTHING
but i agree, he is far from beeing the best foreigner, maybe not in terms of skill, but in terms of results. Still gonna throw his name at everyone talking about the best foreigner^^
