Shine goes for 1-1 upgrades but Byun has his 2-2 upgrades already half-way through. 14:00min Shine researches burrow and sets up some burrowed-baneling traps while taking a 4th base. Byun also builds his 4th CC and starts to move out with Marines, Tanks and Medivacs. He scans ahead at every turn, avoiding the baneling-landmines. Shine tries to do some damage with a Ling-Muta run-by but Byun is already at his 4th and Shine is forced to back off to defend. Good Marine-splits from Byun let him trade well against Shine's mass Banelings. It looks like Byun gets a lead but then some nice Baneling-hits equalize the supply-counts again. 18:00min Shine adds Infestors and sets up more landmines across the map and takes a 4th and a 5th base. Byun goes for another huge push at Shine's middle base but gets cleaned up by a lot of Lings, Banelings and Infestors Shine goes for the counter-attack but Byun's reinforcements are able to clean it up. Shine saved his infestors though. Byun finally takes his 4th base and snipes the 5th of Shine with a Marine drop. He also drops the main and pushes at the middle 4th base but Broodlords pop and save the base. Shine loses quite a few Broodlords though | ||
