Standard LR rules apply: No balance whining, no KeSPA vs. GomTV inciting, no excessive derailing ESPECIALLY when games are on. This is not a thread for you to argue with other people.

if Last can go 3-0 on rain before crumbling horribly (and last doesn't have half the macro skill MVP does) MVP will shit on him.
Back in 2010, Flash was in a situation very similar to what Rain is in right now. At the time Flash had qualified for both the OSL and MSL finals, and he was due to face a zerg in both. His opponent was Effort in the OSL and Jaedong in the MSL. Flash rolling over Effort, who had only barely gotten out of the group stage, was a foregone conclusion, and everyone was more concerned with hyping up the Flash vs Jaedong rematch of their infamous power outage series. Effort, however, had different plans and pulled off one of the most shocking upsets in Brood War history by coming back from down 0-2 and sweeping the rest of the series to take the OSL. Flash's aura of invincibility, buoyed by his astounding 80%+ winrate in TvZ the previous 10 months, was shattered. If Effort who was clearly inferior to Jaedong in every way could reel off 3 games against Flash then Jaedong surely would do even better right? Actually, Flash 3-0'd Jaedong in arguably the most lopsided series in their personal rivalry.
Now, replace Flash with Rain, Effort with Last and Jaedong with MVP. Look a little familiar? The details are a bit different but the prevailing mood is the same. We might be seeing a little bit of deja vu tonight. Or then again we might not. I'm not making a prediction here, and in fact I'd actually prefer a TvX finals over a PvX finals. I'm just saying that contrary to popular belief progamers are humans not robots and transitive property doesn't work in SC2.

Effort did get pretty lucky in those games, though. As I recall, it was like build order win, Flash moves out at the exact wrong second and gets surrounded, build order win.

that was similar to rain v last games though, they were all gimmicks/all ins that he won with.
