Personality sells, people will like the good guy or the bad guy but you have to fucking show something. Something that 98% of pro-gamers never, ever, ever, show. We seem to be a socially awkward bunch; whoda thunk it?

The Scene needs different characters and you cant like everyone..its ok to do so..but stop saying Esports will turn into shit cause there are players you dont like (funny fact: you only know their stage-character, maybe grubby is a completly different person?). How boring would it be when every player would act like the kind-next-door guy? Omg pls... There will allways be guys that "no one likes" but they have thousands and thousands of fans, talent, win tourneys and be themselves (or not if they choose to in front of the crowd..). And there will allways be fans that complain about every single shit they do or do not. But pleeeeeeeeeease dont write like they are damaging their scene, they are one of the main reasons that most of the complaining guys have something to talk about... (and that this sport is growing so fast.....) Some of the posts look like the authors didnt even watch a single sport event in their whole life... I thought it was interesting that this post went completely ignored as the haters continued to spout their nonsense. Well done Stephano. Awesome event as always by DreamHack.

Also, Stephano continues to dominate. Not a huge Stephano fanboy, but I love watching him win. He looks so dominant (also in a ZvZ which has been described as his "shaky" match-up). Interesting sidenote: this win puts him in 4th all-time for SCII earnings worldwide (and further solidifies his position as the only foreigner in the top 10).

The guy plays in as many tournaments as he can, but because he doesn't want to be tied down by a tournament that has nothing to offer him he doesn't care? Imagine if Roland Gaross overlapped with all the Grand Slam tournaments and had no(or less) prize money. Imagine if World Cup overlapped with club leagues and had no(or less) prize money. Would anyone care?

Jang "MC" Min Chul $339,368 2. Jeong "Mvp" Jong Hyeon $311,590 3. Lim "NesTea" Jae Duk $246,963 4. Ilyes "Stephano" Satouri $189,265

Would anyone care? You analogy doesn't make sense. Why is there no money for those tournaments? They all have prize money, GSL also has. And Olympic doesn't have huge prize money, why does tennis players go there?

Playing in GSL means either less tournaments or a jam packed schedule and flying from Korea. Its a detriment for sure. I expect to see Stephano in GSL for a season when things settle down.

Then he should not make the analogy that no money for Roland Garros, just say schedule problem. And also due to Olympics schedule, Federer dropped Toronto ATP1000, Murray also basically dropped it, Novak defending the points/honor, that's some huge money there. So, honor is more important than money for those players.
