Great tournament with great games, especially Stephano vs Lucifron yesterday. DH delivers as always.

i`m a grubby fan and i get scared when i see ppl saying that acting like stephano is normal when you are good.

Grubby DO have personality and it`s a very inteligent person and he can still be humble and honest and NOT cocky.

This was definitely the best sc2 tournament this year. There's only one tournament that was even better and gave me the chills: The International 2 (To be fair, I guess it was the crowd and the insanely great casting). And no, I'm not (even) playing DotA2 ! All in all, great work Dreamhack !

I don't think it's the smaller details. It's the entire structure of the tournament.

MLG is, first of all, PPV for half of its streams. Then you have these delays and advertisements that make up 20-30% of the tournament's time. Follow it up with them not showing the best games that people want to watch - ie Stephano's games the last MLG - and awkward awards ceremonies and the only decent thing you're able to say about MLG is that they have better competition in their tournaments due to flying in a lot of Korean pros.

The LAN party side of Dreamhack is an acquired taste. But when they beat MLG in everything else except for quad streaming technology, it's hard not to say that DH is better.

Major props to the dreamhack crew who managed to put on an amazing tournament for the audience and stream viewers! An almost perfect tournament in my eyes. Superb production, casting, observing, and all the little details that matters (games starting on time, free HD stream, easy overview of matches).

Also players like Incontrol & Idra etc. who get so much shit for being "bad" at the game, yet they practices more than Stephano and he just rapes them ez.

Guess i can see why some ppl don't want him to act like that, especially when he so talented and don't practice.
When other people practices so much more and have a passion for the game and Esports, like Grubby etc..

So I can see why some people percive him as an arrogant ass.

Probably has better odds than RedArchon who lost to HuK and Fenix in Blizzcon 2010 (not that that is particularly relevant). Arrrg, FOUR terrans is just really quite sad. It'll make it epic as fuck if they do well though. Lucifron seems like he has a chance of doing okay at least.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Stop using the word hater, should be fucking banned. Not you in particular but just because people aren't sucking somebody's dick doesn't mean they're being a 'hater'. God worst term to crop up in common discourse in my living memory!

I view Stephano as a Michael Schumacher kind of figure, everyone will respect their ability as you simply have to. Not everybody will love the guy. You say 'he has personality deal with it', perhaps he has a personality other people don't like!
