Do I have to remind people of what happened last time mOOnGLaDe went to IEM? TL polls showed he had like no votes to get out of the group and the official TL prediction said he would go 0-6.

Then he raped HuK and Tarson very, very hard to advance.

Do I need to remind you people about WCG as well?

That was last year, man. He is largely unproven outside of Australia. While he did win Oceania, none of those players are ever in international competitions so we have no way to gauge how well he will do.

So what if it was last year? He hasn't gotten any worse. Look at his opponents. mOOnGLaDe lives and breathes ZvZ so sLivko won't stand much of a chance.

Minigun 3-0ed IdrA, true, but mOOnGLaDe is better than IdrA right now since IdrA is just slumping like fuck right now.

Grubby will beat mOOnGLaDe, I reckon. ZvP is GLaDe's weakest and Grubby's PvZ is quite nice.

If Bly could almost beat Bomber, mOOnGLaDe can beat Bomber. I expect Bomber to be playing better today, but GLaDe still has a legitimate shot.

elfi's PvZ just plain isn't good. mOOnGLaDe has beaten him before, anyway.

Now, I'll get the inevitable responses calling me a fanboy, and yeah, mOOnGLaDe is my 2nd favourite player. But my fanboyism doesn't reflect my predictions in any way. My predictions are based off facts.

Slivko will definitely qualify, he will probably take top spot in his group.

He's the weaker Zerg in the group.

Although I haven't watched that many sLivko games. Maybe he's a crouching tiger hidden gosu.

Meh, sLivko is one of the best Zergs in Europe, at least top five if not top three, I don't think he's worse than moonglade. We'll see.

That looks exactly like my predictions, but I'm sure it won't happen that way because I've been awful at predictions lately.

I'm pretty sure Vortix will do well, he's been on a roll and neither of the groups are too strong in terms of Koreans so it'll be a pretty even playing field with a lot of different results that could happen. I'm at least expecting close results in the groups, similar to what happened in A and B.

Why, at these tournaments that have both day9 and tasteless, do they not have them cast together? I know it's probably been said as to why, but I'm curious.

I'm not saying he got worse, I'm saying there is no way you can say he's as good as these international players we see play against eachother all the time when he is playing inferior (with the exception of probably Minigun) competition in Australia.

But, if you say he's a superstar still, all the power to you.

Also, sLivko is a ZvZ beast and one of the best Zerg period in Europe.

It would be really nice if Slivko makes it out of Group C. But he has to go through two ZvPs and Bomber so...that's not going to be an easy task.

As a side note, both PiG & mOOnGLaDe have had a huge rollercoaster of a weekend. Prepping & playing in WCS Australia & WCS Oceania over 3 long days, then flying out the next day to Germany on a 28 hour flight and trying to prep against the absolutely best players in the world.

There is no doubt in my mind GLaDe has the skill to advance, it just depends on how he has recovered. You'll probably see a lot of us aussies cheering him on in stream chat

Facts, really?

Glade is better than Idra because idra is slumping is a FACT?

Glade "lives and breaths ZvZ" therefore Slivko can't win is a FACT?

I'm cheering for Glade and all, but let's get some perspective.
