Vortix and Supernova should optimally be on opposite sides of the brackets. As should every other 1, 2 & 3 from the respective groups. That isn't possible with this system, but you can do better than this. It's a big mistake, and it flies in the face of the purpose of the group->bracket-stage in the first place. To provide seeding in order to find the best player out of all of them. You won't do that if you match them up with the same players they met in the group-stage earlier than they have to. One way of fixing it is the following: Switch Vortix & ForGG with elfi & Violet. That way, players who met in the group stage won't meet each other before the semi-finals. It's as good as it gets with this system.

The best solution would be to swap: Vortix & ForGG with Slivko & SortOf and Elfi & Violet with MC & Kas That way you avoid the situation while keeping position 1 and 3 from each group in the same bracket half.

Edit: And Nestea. A split-even Ro12! Predictions: Violet > Elfi Kas < MC Vortix > ForGG Slivko > Sortof ? Bomber > Violet Nerchio > MC Supernova > Vortix MVP > Slivko Nerchio > Bomber (Because Bomber has to choke somewhere) MVP > Supernova Nerchio = MVP in a series that goes to 3-3 (or 2-2 bo5?) and never ends because of constant draws. Or MVP > Nerchio

You are right, the bracket is not correct with the RO8 clashes with players from the same groups. I assume Carmac has the balls to change it, if he gets to know about it.
