He was talking as if Forgg was 80/20 favorite to win, while coming into the match Forgg was rather the underdog. or not so how much did you bet on him for 3 times the money

When you actually understands what constitutes a "favorite", it's easy to bet on this scene. ForGG's playstyle automatically makes him the underdog against Nerchio's playstyle, not to mention all the other relevant factors.

Kas and Thorzain are the best Foreign Terrans, Stephano is the best foreign Zerg and Nani/Sase/Mana is the best foreign protoss players. Yeah, it's not really that Kas is overrated, it's jus that we don't have better in the foreigner scene for Terran. Kas isn't big deal like stephano level, but he does pretty good. That's enough to be top3 terran foreigner.

An important thing is that Kas is really consistent, almost always passing the 1st rounds and then able to beat anyone on a good day. Tho when you're a foreigner T it's a long way to win a tournament even if this http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-international/players/1693_Kas/games/during/2842_2012RSL was quite huge considering the pool of players (top kor + eastern european players)

When have you heard a 3 or more time GSL champion (or similar level) say "I want to go outside of Korea"? Never. They don't want to go out of Korea so they don't practice to recover quickly from jet lag. Foreigners on the other hand love to go to places like Korea, whether its to train or visit...so they prepare themselves to recover from jet lag faster.
