Enabling Battle.net gateways will modify your server list to only show ICCup server when launching BW from the ICCup tab.
Enabling DirectIP and/or gui fixes will prevent you from connecting to official Battle.net servers.
Enabling DirectDraw emulation will properly display rank icons and latency bars in chat channels, the game list, and game lobbies; and may fix in-game mouse lag but may cause lag for some users. This option is not available with Window mode.
Enabling ResolutionHack is mainly intended for watching replays, the use of this hack for gameplay purposes is prohibited. Using extremely high resolutions may cause crashes.
UPnP (port forwarding)ONLY works if UPnP is enabled on your router, if you do not have access to your router settings, most likely UPnP is disabled.
"some files are missing!!!": Make sure you've extracted all the files from the archive first. Your antivirus may be automatically deleting some files, create an exception for your mca64Launcher folder to prevent this.
Tell me the point of these VirusTotal scans when no antivirus is 100% accurate anyways. Many legitimate tools for StarCraft may be listed as a virus because it behaves similarly to one but that doesn't mean it is one.
I agree, it's not that uncommon to get false positives for this kind of programs.
However, it would be a good idea to make pgp signatures for the files. I know it's extremely unlikely but a compromised router could in theory perform a man-in-the middle attack to infect or serve other binaries. (SSL would pretty much shut that down, but signatures are nice anyways)
As a bonus, it's also a way to verify that the download was error-free..
Xboi can you add a new feature: random map selector that randomly chooses a map from a chosen folder, and that says in the chatroom "random map python chosen by mcalauncher"?

If your router is compromised, then you have a much bigger problem. I'll contact mca to write the CRC's of the download on his website so that you can check if the download is error free.

I'm just relaying words from mca, I'm not programming anything for this launcher. He will read your post though

Have you manually created any port forwarding/triggering rules in your router for StarCraft? Or added exceptions for StarCraft in Windows Firewall?

i tried to manually port forward a week ago but that didnt do anything because i have a router and a modem and they both have different IP's (i didnt want to DMZ my connection, in any case fish was working fine back then, i just wanted to see if i could host games). i removed the port forwarding rules right after.
I've had the same problem with Fish server as some of u mentioned before, and here I come with a solution (inspired by Mca64 himself). We were checking for possible solutions here and there, but the fault turned out to be on the side of Fish server. What do you need to do to play again at Fish? - run allscservers.reg file so u get all the gateways, - try getting into Fish server, 1st attempt will fail, - Fish server will automatically upload u 3 additional gateways and also remove iCCup server from your list, try logging into Fish from the standard Fish gateway again (this time that the gateway is slightly different, so u will succeed), - enjoy playing with Koreans.
Or u have another option, wait couple of hours (days?) and let Mca64 update his launcher by adding the mirror gateways to Fish.

It wouldn't hurt to provide a md5 checksum........

im using the version before of this and it works perfect, why exactly is fish fault ? if the new version is the one that had this problem

I dont know what kind of old version u are using, but I also had relatively old version (1.8.9 or so) and it didn't work for me. Only specific connection types had this kind of problem. New version is available on mca64.com with different gateways added that fixes the problem.
i tried to do what bonyth said but it didnt work :S, im not tech savy enough 8D
edit: the new backup servers are working on the new version, thank you very much <3<3. the only problem i have right now is that theres still a bit of lag.

Mca wants to know if UPnP was enabled and what symbol it had next to it

UPnP doesnt do anything for me so i dont have it enabled edit: but when i do enable it theres a check mark w/ the port next to it (6112)
Anyone know why wdetector fails to initialize in fullscreen mode w/ directdraw emulation but works fine in windowed mode? I have windows 8, changed my region to Korea and have korean keyboard, still doesn't work. I can see the Nat numbers in lobby still but have no other wdetector functionality.
Hey, little time ago only me an a friend were chilling in a selfcreated random channel on iccup. None of us is friended with mca64. Both of us use mcalauncher. All of the sudden he joins our channel for a few secs. I really wonder how he got the information.

You can export registry settings. This data have seperate folder called "Konta" stored in (64 bit Windows) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\mca64Launcher\Konta

For what you need md5? ZIP, RAR and EXE has protection and you will be informed about crc32 mismatch.

if you have green symbol and still cant create you shouldnt use UPNP, this makes only conflicts. (not public IP, two routers etc)

i guess you have shitty net. Dont say you have mobile etc. Go to http://www.pingtest.net/ and test your net quality.

if you see NAT in lobby then all is ok. I guess you are used with original wLauncher settings. You can have it by replacing wDetector.ini in main launcher folder witt this file http://mca64.com/wDetector.ini (original ini from wLauncher) but there will be much more spam. Settings for mca64Launcher was made by rich (if im not mistaken) many months ago and works nice.
mca64Launcher uses CTRL keys shortcut for wDetector (FuncKey are probally disabled) egxample
hotkeys: Ctrl + O - crash Oblivion users, Ctrl + D - show/hide drop window, Ctrl + L - On/Off auto refresh, Ctrl + T - Show/hide time.

i guess this launcher is a virus and you shouldnt use it.
