Storywriter might but he already translated that huge coach lee interview and the gsl ones today. I suggest asking politely in todays code s interview thread or sending a nice pm or something ^^

Well if it's anything like the LoL broadcast, OGN will get someone to translate interviews. (no guarantees though but it's likely) Speaking of which, though, a couple of my interviews are up! ![]() + Show Spoiler [Interview: BeSt] + + Show Spoiler [Interview: Rain / by.Sun] +

(The GSL players have already started their dual tournament for this OSL so the first two groups that have been played so far were broadcasted.)

If you compare it to foreign tournaments, MLG has group stages with multiple ways to qualify, double-elim, open brackets, NASL has a lengthy league format, IPL had double-elim and multiple qualifier tournaments, TSL4 rewards consistent performances in the qualifier tournaments too. The other Korean tournament, GSL, maybe has some players stuck in Code B, but the actual tournament still consists of 64 players that have multiple chances to get into Code S and if you win at least one series you get to stay in Code A.

Players that show consistent strong performances in ProLeague are thrown into this huge Bo3 single-elimination bracket where their past results don't matter at all and all it takes is a little bit of randomness and they're out of the OSL. I don't see why they don't do stuff like 1. use a double-elimination bracket 2. place people high on the KeSPA ranking thing a round or two further in the bracket. I think it's great. Do well enough and you already get seeded, and this qualifier makes sure you get the best even if they aren't fan favourites. Creates good story lines as well. At least you know that someone who gets into the ODT is worthy of being there, which is something you can't really say with invite tournaments. Its not random bracket. Top players are seeded based on kespa ranking. "Hard to get in, easy to drop out" little bit different if compared to GSL.
