Bit disappointed with parting not making it through, for someone who had really been dominating code s, but such is the nature of the group of death i suppose.

I remember when Nestea was dominating, his play was SICK. I remember watching him and expecting him to play "perfectly". The only thing he didn't do well was occasionally right clicking thors with his mutas (lol). Hopefully Symbol has obtained that level of relevant skill. I know what the "F" in Group F stands for. It stands for "we're FUCKED" xD

Parting hasn't won anything apart from maybe winning the prize for the best cockiness Only to be promptly smacked down by MVP last season

Still, Mana as best toss is probably a joke about how people only remember the most recent results. But regardless it looks like the hype train will be strong with Symbol this season.

I agree that Squirtle seems to be a more well-rounded player, but I think that calling Parting's vZ Ro32ish is a bit unfounded. Honestly, he almost never faced anything else but best-in-class Zergs: Nestea, DRG, Symbol.

Given there's like 10-ish Protoss players in Code S, I'm basically still referring to Parting as a top 10 PvZer for at least GSL (give or take). It's not bad, but it's definitely a weakness and there are a number of better PvZ players that can be listed. Reminds me of the JYP problem, except not so severe. Probably more like the Leenock problem. Leenock can beat great PvZ players sometimes, but more commonly he'll need a good Z or T filled group/bracket to advance. And even then it's no certainty. We're in Code S nowdays, there's nothing but the best-in-class players around.
