I mean to be honest terrans sort of stopped trying other openers because reactor helion was the standard and safe build. | ||

The point of the build is to have map control... not necessarily pressuring zerg +killing creep. | ||

First Marine out on the ramp to the natural of Alive, CC going up in the main. SCv makes it up the ramp but doesn't see the CC! Maru getting a CC of his own in thie main. Double gas for Maru. Factory coming up for aLive. Barracks moved next to building Factory, adding on Reactor. Factory coming in for Maru. Really fast third CC on the way for Maru. Starport coming in for aLive. Maru's Starport a bit later. | ||

Hellions openers should still work, except you have to babysit them a lot more. Go in to snipe the tumors, 2 queens won't kill a single hellion, go out and have an scv repair. Time the next 25 energy, repeat. You just can't have them on hold position near the creep anymore, it's a lot harder but I think terrans are overreacting, like every race does after a new patch tho. | ||

Banshee for Maru takes out the Hellion from aLive. Raven coming from maru. Blue flame Hellion coming from aLive. Banshee goes into the nautral of of Maru. Gets a couple of kills, but the Raven pops out. Throws down an auto turret and Banshee needs to leave. Second Banshee from aLive in the main of Maru kills more SCVs! Viking and Raven chase it out. Armory on the way for Maru. Double Factory coming in from aLive. Maru adding on two more Starports! | ||
