I'm going to list what I think is the order of viewer attraction, assuming equal skill. 1) Foreigners playing against (and beating) Koreans. 2) Foreigners playing against foreigners. 3) Koreans playing against Koreans. However, because the skill gap is so great, KvK ends up being the most exciting, bar some odd breakouts from Stephano, Thorzain or Naniwa.

Although many of them are not better, they are more in the spotlight, more popular, and more relatable. So i don't think flying in Koreans add that much to the viewer count! That is tricky. I'll tell you why. People want to see foreigners beat the koreans, they want upsets, underdogs and great stories.More people want to see the foreigners but they don't want to see foreigners fighting foreigners. So koreans bring more viewers to the competition even if indirectly.

Well, having just had a code S with bad games from the quarterfinals and forward, until the final, I think it's fair to say that the most efficient play may not be the most fun to watch..
