People want to see foreigners beat the koreans, they want upsets, underdogs and great stories.More people want to see the foreigners but they don't want to see foreigners fighting foreigners. So koreans bring more viewers to the competition even if indirectly. Completly agree! As someone mentioned earlier, the most popular is when foreigners play (and beat) koreans! I think it's one of those "group mentality" thing in humans! Europeans/americans identify with foreigners, and therefore wants to see them beat the koreans, as they are the sort of "unreal" skilled nerd slayers :D Of course a bit excaggerated, but i think the point is that we want to see "us" win against "them" and of course the "underdog" element in it all!

Way to throw a won game Drops become ineffective in the super late game against P because there are cannons, observers and hts everywhere. Combined with the warpin and the mass aoe dmg in straight up fights, that's why many Terrans feel uncomfortable against P in the late lategame.

More of Socke outplaying Thorzain than thorzain making huge mistakes.

DH, HSC, IEM, and other European tournaments do not have to provide a lot of travel stipends for top European players to show up. US tournaments, however, have to pay a lot for both European and Korean players. US tournaments don't have to do this for NA players, but nobody watches NA players outside of IdrA and Scarlett. IPL is losing money. MLG was losing money. They have to charge.
