why is MMA always stuck at around 170 supply even though he has 4k/4k?

MMA kills aLive's fourth since he has no units down there. aLive has been expanding very slowly despite all the CC's he actually has so this really cuts down on his mining ability. aLive going ravens, oh my god that's a lot of mules aLive finally getting some blue flame harass done aLive starting to push MMA's main forces back but he keeps losing expansions.

aLive is dominating the skies, but his lack of gas mining is starting to haunt him as he's high on minerals but low on gas, while MMA has more gas than mins banked constantly.
MMA with some landed viking harass
aLive has a bigger army, more supply, but can't really push anywhere and he's got 2 mining bases vs MMA's 5.
aLive getting starved out somewhat.
MMA trades well with a small army in the centre of the map.
aLive's income has temporarily dried up
