Strelok 2-0 ViBE Ganzi 2-0 Rain Sen 2-0 TLO MaNa 2-1 Axslav

ViBE 2-1 Strelok GanZi 2-1 Rain Sen 2-0 TLO MaNa 2-0 Axslav

Strelok 2-0 ViBE GanZi 2-1 Rain Sen 2-1 TLO MaNa 2-0 Axslav
|
Strelok>vibe Ganzi>rain sen>tlo mana>axslav
|
Vibe 2-1 Ganzi 2-1 Sen 2-0 Axslav 2-1 (axslav has been playing really good of late, and Mana wasn't too impressive due to exams when i was watching khaldor cast him)
|
The wheel of fate is turning ! gogo ganzi
|
Strelok 2-1 Ganzi 2-0 Sen 2-0 Mana 2-0
|
Strelok 2-0 > Vibe Ganzi 2-1 > Rain (But I don't know much about Rain i'll admit) TLO 2-1 > Sen (This is emotions and fandom making me crazy, I watched some ZvZ on TLO stream and he has solid ZvZ.) Axslav 2-1 (Heero is correct. Also Axslav is the higher seed whenever its a PVP I just have to go with the seed.)
|
Strelok 2-1 ViBE GanZi 2-0 Rain Sen 2-0 TLO MaNa 2-0 Axslav
|
Strelok > Vibe (both their best match ups) Ganzi < Rain Sen > TLO Mana < Axslav (Mana is nasty at PvP, but Axslav has some sick builds...:O)

Strelok > Vibe (Strelok is so sick at TvZ he's one of the better in the foreign scene while vibe a strong player in his own right to but like most of itsgosu he defines good but not great and sadly I don't think it will be enough) Rain 2-1 Ganzi (I'm gonna call the upset, Rain trains closely with aLive and has the full benefits of the fnatic house and his TvT is much better than people give credit for while ganzi has to deal with travel and no house as far as I know so I think rain can pull it off, also I love rain because he's the shine of SC2 he probably won't win anything in the end but I just love the LR rage he can induce with his SCV trains) Sen > TLO (Not much to say, I've never been impressed by TLO's ZvZ while Sen has a claim to being the best at it in the foreign scene) Axslav > Mana (Hard to call will be pretty dependent on who wins the first map because if mana can choose a nice rush map where he can shut down axslav's unorthadox PvP quickly he can take it but I'll call axslav to take the first map and the series.)

Ah Fusilero maybe you are right about TLO. I just want to believe.

Some potentially close games today, will be interesting (and free >_>)

Go TLO!

Mana would be awesome at that MLG Arena, he'd crane his 3 foot long neck over and check out his opponents screen.
It would be OP as hell!
|
What happened with Strelok and ViBE again? I missed them explaining why they couldn't play.
|
Strelok dropped from the game and is unreachable.
|
Is ViBE getting a walkover or are they playing later?

UPDATE: Strelok came back online after we started the next series. They are currently playing as we speak and will be casted via replay after Axslav vs MaNa is done.

They try to play it later, if I understand correctly. But that is really hard for Strelok, it is already 4:30 a.m. (I think) in the Ukraine...

Nice quick update. Thanks !

Glad, that he was able to come back. Thx for the quick update.

Wait what? If you push it it gets bigger?
Ah well, back to the game.
|
Is GanZi going to play his match while he's at MLG? Man he's playing like a billion matches today, poor guy.
|
Did MaNa just snipe his own warp-in-pylon?

Strelok 2-0 ViBE
GanZi 1-2 Rain (practicing with worlds best Terran aLive should made Rain much more powerful in TvT by now, especially since GanZi cant practice with MMA anymore)
Sen 2-1 TLO (dunno much about TLOs mirror matchup, but I ll give SEn a close edge)
MaNa 2-1 Axlav

Yeah...I was like, the only cheese I've seen so far was Axslav going DTs in that last match (but in PvP I don't really think 1base DT is cheese lol)
But wrong thread yeah, haha.

That was the biggest War of the Worlds fight I've seen in forever.

Phew, got a bit scared for MaNa for a moment, that looked pretty close.
|
ahhhh well, was rooting for axslav, but he put up a good fight and won a game, so its not all bad.
|
Good games by MaNa. I think with that third game it was about engagements. Axslav was surprised not once but twice and MaNa got the first shot. Those are incredibly important especially when we are talking about collossi.
Bah. Regames FTL, pretty sure Strelok had that first one. Was a bit early to tell of course.

Who else thinks that "FXOStrelok" just looks much better than "imbaStrelok"?

Don't think Rain practices with MKP that much.

Dont think MKP proved to be the best at IPL and Iron Squid - the most stacked tournaments this month.
Hey take it easy FB, no need to go offtopic now.

can't watch it. had to turn it off. really wanted to watch nasl this season. gretorp talking with this guy about the stupid stuff, just making absolutely terrible jokes at each other and laughing. gretorp killed nasl. im done

Pretty bad marine micro from Strelok that game. Never really saw much effort at splitting when the banelings came in.

Today the ping on US server was really bad. I never could react in time.
|
Lol man I'm loving the chemistry between the casters. Makes not only the game fun but the casting as well.
|
Wow, they weren't kidding when they said Strelok had good timings. Perfect attack right when ViBE's third came around and worked himself into that perfect choke between the minerals and the hatchery.
|
Agree, I think the chemistry between them is great. I thoroughly enjoy the casting

Blizzard is having an open beta for Diablo III... not sure if that will affect the SC2 server
|
On April 21 2012 12:23 Supdude wrote: Blizzard is having an open beta for Diablo III... not sure if that will affect the SC2 server No this is definitely not the issue. You have to realize that some players have to play on different servers. Like for example, there was a huge debate that Huk lost against Strelok because of cross-server playing. As a result, Huk's playstyle was really affected because it revolves around micro a lot.
Now Strelok is from EU, but had to play in NA server this time apparently. Another cross-server issue. Just a few posts above me Strelok posted he could not properly spread out marines because of the lag issue. When you're playing at such a great distance between where you play and the server is located in, the ping is more likely to be higher.

TLO playing very strangely. And winning. I guess it all makes sense.

great little wall by TLO, haha

THE LING IN THE NORTH!
Sorry, I've rewatched the King in the North scene in Game of Thrones.
I really want TLO to have a hero ling right now, as he is in the north position of Antiga... Come on...

I have really enjoyed Gretorp and Frodan so far this season, but today, and especially in TLO v Sen they are calling so so many things wrong.
|
|
OMG TLO can you win this!?!? gogogo!!!
Wow even if you are a Gretorp hater the way Frodan absolutely verbally destroys him is actually uncomfortable to listen too, its usually cool but man he really gets to him. Like with the not-Asian comment and then the Math Teacher boring and taught me nothing comment.
Ouch.
|
TLO did well but Sen's got the experience advantage here, very nice speedling pressure caught TLO off-guard and killed both of his queens -> TLO way behind.
|
|
I think TLO needed burrow. Burrowed infestors are so good for comebacks.
|
Sen's early game micro and mid game macro is better than TLO... I just don't know why he chose to go with muta in the first match
|
Some lovely fungals, but no real standing army for his infestors to hide behind of at the end :/
Edit: I just want to mention that you have Sen's name bolded in all three games, even though he won 2-1, not 3-0.
|
They come back and Sen is standing right next to them
|
i love how sen speaks english. anytime an asian progamer goes out of his/her comfort zone to communicate, it makes me happy
|
|
They're forgetting the real reason Ganzi is cheesing - he's been playing at MLG all evening and he's tired and wants to go to bed.
|
So Ganzi is play this from the MLG offices?

yup, glad they could sort the issues.

Just really to funny to flip channels once MLG finished and it's like "Oh hay, it's Ganzi again"
|
well that was disappointing rain...

Rain proxying every tech building was quite funny. That is something you can only expect from Rain.
