The Zerg just needs more versatile and different units in the matchup, something like Lurker. I don't know how Swarm Host will accomplish any of that, I don't see how a few of them can slow down a deathball, what will stop the Colossi smashing the little mobs that they spawn? They don't even have splash, they hit a lot, but....sigh.. sometimes I really want what Blizz team is smoking while they hold their meetings.
It' s just not that the game is imbalanced or sth, that is not what I am trying to say. The matchup itself is really boring to watch, roach is a one dimensional unit, there aren't many ways you can use them differently, and things like borrow movement just don't work as well. TvZ is the best matchup to watch due to many small skirmishes going on throughout the game. Most PvZs either just end up with two balls crashing each other and one emerging victorious (that is Toss usually), or Zerg resorts to Mutaling which forces base trade scenarios which I believe neither fun to play nor fun to watch. Even TvP have potential for drop harrassment and multi prong T attacks, which make it more exciting.
