In 2012 the GSL will have 2 Code S sponsor seeds. These seeds will be determined by outstanding results in international tournaments.

So Polt should easily have a seed.

Stephano probably the other, but he would decline, so maybe Ret for his MLG Winter Arena performance? Probably whoever wins that.

Stephano's ZvT still needs a lot of work is the lesson from this tournament. He can choose not to practice it because he doesn't enjoy it, but it will come to bite him as many of the contenders for foreigner tournaments are top Terrans. Late-game in ZvT, he plays a lot like a ZvPer would - trading inefficiently in order to take out Terran SCVs, command centers, and units. But what works in ZvP doesn't quite work in ZvT because Terran isn't reliant on high-tech units like colossi and archons that are expensive to replace. As long as he has a solid backbone of marines, medivacs, and tanks, he can win against any Zerg ground composition, and with vikings, he can win against any air composition as well.

The key to beating Terran is not to destroy their SCVs or command centers, but to destroy their production or to slow down their upgrades and then kill them before 3/3. In order to do that, you have to contain them, or if you play mutas, snipe their add-ons and buildings.

well played Polt ! Final games were very close, i feel like this last map is really hard in ZvT.

Yea, the caster is fine. He's not a finely polished performer but he does the job with a smile and not too much awkwardness. Plus he's got an alright sense of humor.
