I thought this is as easy as it gets. EG vs. Fnatic Mouz vs. Empire Losers (EG and Empire) play in the losers bracket and the winner (Empire) goes on to face the loser of the winners bracket which was Fnatic.

He seems like a great guy and definately is a good player but when ur in the playoffs I feel like you need to play your top dogs in every game. The 2v2 is so unreliable that you really need that third super player to be HuK or Demuslim. Cause even if Idra and Puma are favorites against just about anyone they can still lose and if you then play a slightly weaker card as the third player you are risking the 2v2 randomness. Which is exactly what happened this time. I also feel like Incontrol would be a better choice in the 1v1s than Axslav at this point as he is dedicated to 1v1 and has a lot of experience in playing the team game format from sc1. I guess I just feel like if you're gonna have 2v2 in the format, you should have dedicated 2v2 players that spend a good ammount of time refining their builds. Most of the 2v2s right now are games where one team makes a change that the other hasn't seen before and they are instantly crushed by it. That rarely happens in 1v1 where the game is more figured out. I also think that if you removed 2v2 all together then we would see another great 1v1 instead since many of these teams have deep lineups. I would love seeing that extra player from EG or Mouz come out and have another excellent 1v1 bo3. As much as I love Incontrol, currently he is not even close to be on Axlav's level in 1v1.

Nah, last time, when Xeris played, there were also no players available at that time, as far as I know. Of course they'll always play their best if they're available.
