Because the terran will see the support bay and just expand. Raven will deny scouting of the CC, so the toss will either have to all-in into sieged tanks or take a later expansion after holding probes for a long time.

Puma isn't anything "special" but his willingness to use strong all-in strategies make him a far scarier TvP opponent than his "middling" skill-level would imply.

I actually enjoyed this last game, there was a lot of mind games and decision making into the positional game with that medivac.

What is Puma's winrate with 1-1-1? I have never seen him lose with it.

Crazy, he's soooo good at it.

ToD already had an expo by the time the hellions showed up.

Problem is it's always about that one engagement. So players just dance around since they know whoever wins that one big engagement generally gets enough momentum to straight out win the game. It's just super silly to play. Every now and then games get messy but that's generally because of mistakes from players.

Is it bad that Idra has almost as many viewers as the masters cup?

Not good enough for the CODE A qualifiers.

He lost against Mana, nightend and MC while going 1-1-1.

Idra is just like Gordon Freeman, the silent protagonist.

The 1-1-1 can pretty much adapt to anything. 1 gate FE into zealot stalker immortal is the most reliable way to play against it, but close air positions make it extremely difficult.

Yes I love watching high level PvT with the emp/storm duel and positioning and drop. Its great, but as a player, I hate playing it. Too much micro required and one mistake cost you the game. I want options. For instant TvT is my favourite matchup, I can go marine tank, maruader tank, air terran, mech terran, or pure bio. Its just more strategic. TvZ you have to control how many expansion Zerg have, which techpath he is going for and when he is going to transition to broodlord. PvT you build a bioball, pretty much no matter what. Its terrible.
