Is this a fair assessment? ..I don't think it is. Hero outplayed Puma into the early mid game then made a huge enough blunder to let Puma take it back. No race can lose their whole army while taking none of their opponents army out and then be fine.
every time a protoss or a zerg makes a come back, 20 terrans do the same...
terran is far more capable of comming back than any other race, and it is not even close how much better the race is in doing it, it's becoming standard.
