I've seen all of DRG's televised games and I've never seen him lose to a 2 rax bunker push or at least I can't remember a game he has. He may lose the hatch sometimes, but he'll never gg right there and he ends up winning the game. One of the games I watched was IdrA vs Morrow, where morrow kills the hatchery but idra stays in the game and makes it a very close 30 minute game.... So I wasnt really expecting to win. I would guess what made IdrA stay vs morrow and not vs me is that 1) He got his spines into position so he could at least retake his nat.... 2) He might not have made gas as early, because he knew it was a 2 rax faster than he did vs me.
Jinro if you don't mind my asking, why don't you think you can go toe to toe with idra in a macro game? Haven't you been practicing a lot lately? You have streamed so much (I also watched every second of it :D ) It looks like you are really getting back into shape Idra is also maybe perhaps ( I don't know really) in a little "slump" maybe, at least he is not looking unbeatable right now.
In my little uninformed mind i actually considered you a slight favorite going into the match

That's only my opinion however. Im not gonna feel bad about not wanting to play IdrA in a long game when he's like 10x better at long game than short game. Why is that anyway? Because he cuts so many corners in the early game?

I really don't think its fair that they don't show one of their players atleast once on the stream. A lot of SEA people will be quite mad if they don't show him.

Way is playing hilariously bad.
But I'm not surprised, actually. I know a bit of CCM from its Dota days, and I think the "acquirement" of CCM by one Sicong Wang probably didn't do too well for its SC 2 department, considering the latter only really cares about Dota and probably just let the SC 2 branch of CCM rot...

Strelok harassing Way's third with a thor. Standard.

Looking in your way I have to agree that in THIS situation its okish to do something like that I. I know you need to win at all cost.
I am just not sure about what this could result into. Let's say you win now and instead of trying to improving your macro to next tournament to beat Idra in a long game, you just try to improve that hardcore timing attack or that 3 bunker rush to work in an even better way.
He/other players will eventually be able to stop that and you will have nothing more to fall back to in your gameplay.
I am sorry if I sounded like a Idra fanboy but I really like both of you Jinro and I just wanted to see cool long epic games

With a larger field, that would be the case, but when they have two matches at a time and pools of four, they can show everyone once with some extra coverage of the big matchups.

China abit behind the international scene atm but give them some time

Can't believe Mr. Bitter even suggested China might be ahead of the Koreans. Maybe the pressure of playing in front of the home crowd against foreigners is working against them but right now they don't even look as strong as the EU players.

Because way had so many more scvs than strelok despite losing so much + mining time. What was up with streloks macro?
