It can drop some combat unit as soon as it stops, and then goes into warp mode near instantly compared to how long a Nydus takes to build.

The units it creates take 5 seconds to warp in, and it takes like 3 seconds to deploy.
It does not fly faster than a Mutalisk either. It's quite a bit slower.

I don't know, that new warp prism very scary. 200 HP, costs no (!) gas, speed of nearly 3,4 and the worst i think is, it is backed up by a ton of warpgates in the lategame
Maybe a change that it can only power a certain amount of units to be warped in might be a good one
