Also, Yoda will probably 1/1/1 Alicia, but I have a tiny glimmer of hope that maybe Yoda will execute it so badly that Alicia can win. Alicia's bad PvZ seems sliiiightly better than Leenock's bad ZvP given that they met in the Super Tournament and Alicia barely squeaked by. Not to mention that Alicia now has Coca (70% ZvP winrate) to practice with, so I'm slightly optimistic.

Factory units are not good in lategame situations. You can't just switch into Mech if you started bio anyways , it'll leave you super vulverable for way too long. There is no point in the game where I wouldn't consider 100 minerals for a helion a sound investment.

Correct positioning with siege tanks could have been very helpful.

Meh, I didn't think he played badly that game really. Defended an aggressive 3 gate expo very easily after Alicia controlled his atttack terribly. Scouted nicely in mid to confirm the tech route. Poked around with his bio to snipe out sentries and get out without taking losses. His drops traded pretty evenly. He set up some fantastic emp's vs the templars initially. Then he didn't scout double robo Colossus and lost =p I don't know why terrans don't just build the vikings preemptively. Byun knew he would win if Alicia just stayed on templar tech, so why didn't he prepare for Alicia's only chance at winning?

Factory units are not good in lategame situations. Siege tanks? Before 1/1/1 became extremely popular, almost no Terran went Siege tanks/mech in TvP. The fact that you have a really good scout for a long time is enough to outweigh the cost of being unpredictable, particularly in a straight up standard game.

Terminus is one of the few Maps where Bio is good in TvT for that exact same reason. Tanks suck on that Map.
