As for everyone arguing about HuK, come on man the kid took how long to finally get into code S? He just started banging out wins, if he continues on this streak for awhile then we'll start talkin!

Huk moved up to code s after one season in code a... and look at the players he Has lost to in gsl. They usually win the whole tournament. And losing in gsl can't be counted against huk since this is about who is the best foreigner and no foreigner has been out performing huk in gsl.

i also want to repeat that they should not have open brackets for season 2 playoffs. puma won the season two qualifiers. Never seen the world cup introduce a new qualifier into the playoff after group stage.

Yes, but being the best is not the same as winning every single match. If you have a 90-3 record in matches and the next guy has a 79-14 record (same opponents), you're obviously the best even though you lost three times. If the guy with a 90-3 record proceeded to lose a match to a random guy, that would not automatically make the random guy the best player.

Just shows how hard it is to qualify. I hope he and DRG make it through next time as both are skilled enough to make a lot of noise in Code S.

Gotta say, my "high" of ESPORTS was increased during this event. I was part of the Press pool for the event, and and such had backstage access to the player area during it. It just struck me when I wanted to congratulate TSLPuMa on his win, I went over to oGsMC to get the translation. Holy Check!! Gettin one eCelebrity to translate for another ... who practically daily practices 12 hours of Starcraft 2 and delivers so many good games. And when my friend from TeamLiquid wanted to talk to a TSL guy (forget which one, there were 3 at the event), he had Dignitas Select translate!! Such a good event from what I saw (Present Day 2 & 3, heard Day 1 was a little shaky) and got pictures with everyone -- Tastosis, Anna, Blonde Interviewer Chick, MC, InControl, Day[9] and others. Way to go NASL. You really gave us such GOOD GAMES this time around, can't wait for Season 2!
