Well for one Korean Weekly is relatively new, secondly many still have the "foreigner" bias. Instead of watching just superior play they'd rather watch an inferior play style with people they know better or can relate to with household names E.G. KOTH and zotac cups which somehow manage to get more views then this.
In time the Korean Weekly will continually gain traction and more people will convert IMO.

Why don't more people do a heavy air switch vs a meching T? The only way they can fight it is with vikings but you'll have more infrastructure (and upgrades?) if you switch first.
Tassadar with a nice obs+blink allin owns gasless FE. Death to greedy Terrans!

I like Dream's army spreading, splits his bio into a nice big concave rather swiftly.

After MC vs Puma and now this series I have no idea why protosses insist on stacking their HT's up like that.
Any protoss player feel free to school on me on any advantages of HT stacking.

Yep, also liked when he split his bio into smaller groups. Just hurts so much as a Protoss player to see EMPs used that well. Still heartbroken over MC..

How qxc game went? Did he put a fight?

Sort of.... QXC went mech both games, 1st game kind of successfully but lost air superiority and tank positioning which hack got the high ground and thus the lead despite QXC being ahead almost the entire game.
Game 2 QXC chose to never try for air superiority and was punished with vikings/banshees just having free reign over his mech army.

It's just incredibly difficult to split them, because you have to dance around with the Terran to try get a good position to engage.
They should made feedback an aoe spell so Terrans have to split their units too :p
atm it's much easier micro for Terran; they only have to land the emps. Toss has to split their templar while feedbacking+storming, it's fecking hard :p

It's sort of the same theory of why Protoss' will just watch a pile of overlords with baneling drops land on their stalkers instead of marine splitting them. Protoss play has a lot of advancing to do imo.
|
Well that's just bad play, it's not that common though. Usually when that happens it's because the Zerg got a fungal off and the commentators completely missed it :D
Toss requires so much micro
|
I think Protoss needs to flank with templar's and sentries by the use of proxy pylon behind the engagement to feedback and forcefield.

You mean protoss's are finally going to have to use more then one control group now?!
Yaotzin I do agree with you to an extent mass ghosts are quickly becoming a huge problem with zerg deathballs, and now even protoss late game. I smell a bit of a nerf incoming, I can't say I'd disagree with a little nerf on EMP

Nerf would be EMP needing more energy... to use or getting rid of the energy upgrade.

Pff people do but it doesn't solve the problem - the templars still clump up. The only viable way of doing it that I can see is how MC does it - keep the army well away from the Terran then use blink stalkers and lone templar to snipe ghosts/drop storms etc.

I smell a bit of a nerf incoming, I can't say I'd disagree with a little nerf on EMP Well I don't actually have a problem with the strength of it per se, I just think it's too easy relative to what the Toss has to do.
Tassadar needs to work on his drop defence :/
|
Pretty awful play by Tassadar.
He knew there were drops coming, but unable to punish Dream for it. Opted for an extremely late 2 base timing when he knew Dream was on 3 bases, and he had an easy 3rd to take. Threw away random archons.
|
He did really well in the GSL and has already qualified for the finals so I'm not sure what he was doing, his games v Nobelesse he was stopping drops really well, I dunno what he was doing there.
