"If that build doesn't do serious damage you're behind" is the definition of a failed attack, not an allin. "If that build doesn't do serious damage you're fucked" is an allin. Not taking into account that an "allin" that does guaranteed damage is simply solid play, and really shouldn't be associated with junk like scv allins. I'm sorry I didn't say "very far behind" then, I guess - if you asked any zerg pro they would consider Nestea's position in both game one & two all-in, I'm sure. People not understanding what an all-in is and how, in the right circumstances, they are a smart play, shouldn't mean we need to rename it.

Maybe this is the next evolution of the metagame, but I"ve rarely seen anyone go spire against phoenixes, and what else would zerg be using to shoot them? I guess against double stargate you really need the corruptors, but it's certainly been the case so far that hydras are the auto-answer to stargates. Corrupters are like thors vs mutas in ZvT except they're not too useful unless your going against colossi. As in, corrupters stall phoenixes but can never actually kill them ![]()

This is shaping into an epic series and we've already seen two HUGELY fascinating metagame shifts that will surely have ladder ramifications. Less keyboard and more popcorn I say.

That's 300/0 and 3 drones or 450/0 and three larva, depending on how you want to look at it, at like the 5 minute mark, as well as rushed tech. Super all-in. This is like saying cannoning a hatch first is all-in. If you're guaranteed to do damage you can cut economy, just because you cut economy you're not all-in God, I'm so tired of this shit
