Hydras are great, but you need like 75% of your army to be roaches to soak damage for them, once they start taking fire they're an abomination. 30 roaches 10 hydras is way better than 40 roaches. | ||

Zergs that stopped doing the roach/hydra comp in ZvP seem to have a lot more success with that matchup. I personally use the ling/baneling drop style. | ||
