To bad MorroW didn't win but he will probably qualify for TSL3 anyways. A bit unlucky with 2 close spawns, but NightEnd played really solid and surely derserves the win.

I really have no idea, Morrow isn't some scrub, he is probably one of the best Zergs, if not the best Zergs in the EU so he must of had a pretty darn good reason

He's good but if something's lacking it definitely is gamesense. It's not the first time.

PvZ has been one of the most dynamic and evolving matchups in SC2, almost always giving some nice shows. Right now we're seeing protoss switch from colossi deathballs into phoenix and templar/archon play, we'll have to see whats the correct zerg response.

As for boring matchups... ZvZ is one, but really PvP is the king of bad matchups, it's freaking horrible.

please cut the crap about "deathball",

morrow just got outplayed in the last game, cause his opponent didn't go Colossus, while himself made too many Corrupters, while having way to much drones.

90 Drones+30supply in corrupters + 10 supply queens = 70 supply in ground army...
If he went Colossus he would have lost the game right there, when Morrow traded armies.

Gotta give Credit @Nightend for pulling that off.

morrow shudve just scouted alot more frequent and seeing nightend unit composition and react to it accordingly...zerg afterall is a reactionary race.. gratz to nightend. wpwp

Morrow really should've stopped the hydra production after the first time he got annihilated by storm stalker immortal. A ling infestor switchup might've been possible, but of course he had no ling upgrades...and with his 3 robos he could've easily popped out 3 colossus and just countered an infinite number of lings.

Corruptors are such a joke of a unit. 100 gas for a unit that can only attack air, yet somehow still kills massive units slower than vikings despite costing 25 more gas.

The death ball as defined by most Zergs are based around colossi and void rays. Nightend used neither, probably deliberately because he knows that Morrow is prepared to face colossi. But templars? That, Morrow wasn't ready to face.

Good mind games by Nightend.

Yeah, that kind of play might work vs Colossus where you could constantly throw stuff at it and keep the Colossus count low, but with Templar you need a bigger army, they can be reinforced much faster than Colossus, didn't look like Morrow expected him to switch to Storm at all and when he did it was too late

same idea here, Morrow just played really bad, hydras and roaches in that late game can't help much without hive tech. Ppl just whining too much about deathballs

If he went Colossus he would have lost the game right there.

Totally agree. The price for Corruptors aren't warranted at all.
