Is it just me or did it seem morrow played better, he adapted to nightends play and was constantly adapting to the army composition of Nightend. Anyways its good that hes getting through on points, he really deserves a spot with his awesome switch to the zerg race

Hmm little disappointed with Morrow this game :/

Shouldn't have gone above 80 Drones and get quicker Hive tech for Broodlords. With his Eco advantage he should've gotten Broodlords by the time the HTs were ready.

But Nightend did play really well and always had stalkers ready to deny overseer scouting so congratz to him. Just hope Morrow will manage to qualify next TL Open :O

Nightend played fantastically last game.
However, i feel he did get lucky. Getting close spawn on meta and LT was really unlucky for morrow. >.<

MorroW definitely could have used fast brood lords. He would have them before storm.

Baneling use VS those sentries would have been great too. DongRaeGuPros style.

Didn't see that coming lol. Nicely played by NightEnD though, will be interesting to have him in there.

Great series.
Was hoping for MorroW to win, but he made some fatal misstakes that costed him that last game.
Congrats to Nightend and good luck in TSL3.

Why the hell MorroW didn't make a hive?

He was maxed out, why did he just sit back and saved? If he would've maxed out on upgrades and teched he could've won.

I think Morrow made way too much drones.

90 drones is ridiculous, considering the 200 supply limit.

Yep, at 200/200 he really should have done something like making 20 spines at the middle. I think that 70 drones is the max anyone should get.

I also think 5 queens are way too much, rather have 3 Queens and have double hatch next to each. You're not going to be able to keep the energy at 0 anyway and that's 4 more supply for your army.

Okay I don't understand why Morrow doesn't scout. He's done the same thing all games. Maybe stop making Corruptors blindly? Rush Broodlords? Go Ultra/Hydra?

Wtf.

NightEnd has been doing the same thing game after game, guess he thought this game would be no different, but NightEnd changing it up and rushing storm as soon as he saw that Corruptor count, pretty quick play

Huh? If he thought this game would be no different he wouldn't have 12 blind corruptors.

Well, it is SP, whatever NightEnds going to do, it is going to be a much more macro oriented version of what he has been doing. With such a eco, maybe he thought if he just dealt with the Colossus he could easily handle any immo/gateway composition by constantly repoping. I really have no idea, Morrow isn't some scrub, he is probably one of the best Zergs, if not the best Zergs in the EU so he must of had a pretty darn good reason

There's no excuse for morrow to be facing the destruction of his main/natural by the time he thinks about hive tech in a panic stricken fashion (while sitting on a trust fund). I'm not saying the game is perfectly balanced, but this is far from realizing zergs potential.

I am so happy for Nightend! He showed great games taking down Morrow who is not easy at all to take down. Great play and i was screaming when he forcefield and stormed those hydras at his third, that was epic.
You can't out-think the swarm, you can't out-maneuver the swarm, and you certainly can't break the morale of the swarm.

I have too much of a grudge against protoss to enjoy a well played PvZ. It frustrates me to no end watching zergs fall like this.

But he played well, so congrats to nightend .

Oh man, was anybody else unhappy that nightend killed those corruptors? I was yelling for him to leave them alone so morrow couldn't redistribute that food.

this is true

Morrow should have sacked them way way earlier, the moment he maxed for the first time pretty much

As Ret and Idra indicated in Mr. Bitter's ZvP Vods, overlord speed for frequent scouting is necessary because unit composition (besides engagement area) decided who'll win ZvP most nowadays more than other MUs.

Gg nonetheless!

He already knew 100% that it was just immortals. Scouting was not the issue whatsoever. It's just a tough decision to make to just throw away 10 corruptors like that so people don't like to make it.
