congratulations for jinro and marinekingprime !!!! im terran but MC was probably the favorite to win it all , his play is great, his micro all battles seen to go MC way .. I think both jinro and MC played great and showed that Starcraft2 still is evolving and fast .. Loved all games except MKP vs Rainbow , so much action , so much innovation.. I also loved the build jinro did against MKP , that banshee came very early and i don´t know how could he defend without dropping a single turret , raven and scans.. I though both played very well but MKP had the coolness to make a strong drop and jinro couldnt reeinforce his army next to MKP natural and conceded the game.
Jinro i was very sad with your 4-0 loss against MC in season 3 , i though you were going to win it all but now you showed that you improved PvT , and that revenge is sweeeeet.. Youre a favorite to win this time , and i think the finals will be a TvT unless IMnestea has something to say , he will probably be the most hard guy to kick out of the tournament .

GJ Jinro! Not many Terran can beat best PvT'er in world twice
so good

now jinro just has the easy part left, win the gsl. 2-0 Mc is the hard part.
|
And now we understand that mech was and is a vital part of exciting Starcraft, both in BW and its sequel. Thank you Jinro and others who realized TvP mech was viable and possibly ideal.

There's still MVP and NesTea out there. Both of whom are very deadly and just as hard as mc.

Isn't it Jinro v IdrA in the Ro8? :/
|
I hope this will make PVT a lot more like PVT was in Brood war as it was my fav MU. (Together with ZVT)
Too bad you cant go Pure mech in Starcraft2 sincec you need a mobile and stable DPS to help the tanks (Vultures for instance) but in SC2 all you have is Marauders and marines, pretty Lame in my opinion.

Mc is probably the toughest oponet followed by nestea, however i doubt jinro will get a chance to play nestea cuz MVP has god TvZ. Yes, jinro will make it to the finals.

Just watched the games. I am so impressed by Jinro. Bit lucky/uberpro in the second game, scouting those carriers was key.

This website likes to think every korean will be harder for jinro than idra for some reason.

Nestea definitely isn't the toughest opponent as a terran, though Jinro's style isn't the most effective TvZ style in my opinion. I'd be more worried about MVP and even MKP. Of course, he has to beat Idra first...

Bad positioning with the carriers, needed it behind his ground army vs so many vikings. Threw away his phoenixes at the start too. Well played by Jinro.

I'm glad Jinro proved GSL3 was not a fluke.

Jinro is such a nice guy, comforting MC after he beat him. I do feel bad for MC too though.

I'm so sad, i would love jinro and mc to get pass to the next round fuck MK

MC won over 100K dollars from various tourneys last year, and will probably win 100-300k this year.
Don't feel too bad for him now, losing can only make him better.

How is he going to win 100k-300k this year? Winning GSL is now 50k per tourney.

Grats to Jinro on the 2-0 vs MC, it's sad that he couldn't win 3-0 for a first place win to avoid facing IdrA in RO8

Finally watched the games. It just goes to show MC has to rely on 1-base allins to win most of his games. His mid-late game is nothing special and has lost badly to MVP/MK/Jinro etc in long games. Game 1 loses macro game to Jinro, Game 2 immediate goes back to the bread and butter 4warpgates lmao.
