Anyway today for the first time I had to use a VLC url to watch the stream. In firefox it's like my javascript is not working, when I click LIVE it just does nothing, even when I click login it does nothing, first time that happens. I tried in chrome, login and LIVE buttons work, but when GOM player launches it makes an error (an error I had never seen, not the usual 000071 or 000051 error "This file not exist title" )

Even the mirrors TvT and atleast ZvZ now seem to surpass the BW mirrors, and that is great news. Not sure about TvT though, BW TvT could be great fun, but I feel SC2 TvT is heading the right way, and with Boxer TvTing tomorrow everything could happen.

The only problem spectator wise in SC2 is any MU involving Protoss, since the Colsus makes the game stale when it reach mid game. The splash damage units needs to be harder to master like the reaver etc, to create wow moments. Even the mirrors TvT and atleast ZvZ now seem to surpass the BW mirrors, and that is great news. TvT is definitely the best mirror if played at really high levels, but can be painful to watch if the players have a super defensive style or are just not good enough in that matchup. Hyperdub vs Boxer will be definitely fun.

sc2's streamlined mechanics allows more apm for micro. sc1's modern a-teamers have crazy effective training methods and game sense. as we see more and more modern sc1 players transition, both of these things will become more true. mvp is an a-teamer in sc1 with both mechanical skills as well as good game sense through pro training. only a player like that can explore the potential of gameplay to the max and showcase how great this game can be. mvp's tvp was better than his vz in sc1. he just needs to analyze the constantly evolving protoss strategic system to show better results. the training method he learned as a sc1 pro will surely help him in this. this is not to say mc is an inferior player at all. he showed potential in sc1 but probably thought that he would have a better future in sc2. this is a kid who beat best in a pvp bo3 after all. for all of kespa's faults, the progamer training system of their proteams did do pretty amazing work. the level of play for sc1 has constantly improved, and it's interesting to see this improvement validated in sc2 of all things.
