It gets more larvae than hatch-first, you know. my experience is the same as yours but i don't play ex-progamers and neither do you  That's okay, they still play the same game and larvae don't spawn differently for them.

Check cancels the hatch at the last minute, and choya cancels his cannons. Game seems fairly even at the moment.

They both lost the same amount of minerals there in the cancels, with the protoss coming out behind since he's essentially lost a pylon.

It's basically getting to a point where I'm getting tired of watching TvZ, hell the reaper-fast-expand-build was more interesting that the current trend. It seems to me like there's always going to be a build, which will put Zerg behind per default, if the maps don't get better soon. I'm not saying Idra didn't deserve that loss, he does seem to take too big of a risk trying to get his economy going, but I'm just really getting tired of 5 minute games.

When I'm playing ZvP I always pull a drone off at 14 supply and pretend to 14hatch, so hopefully the toss tosses up a forge like this. Then I just 14pool and rush to roaches and kill him.

Fucking bullshit. He had about as many Drones as Terran had workers when the finishing blow came. AND he had a Baneling nest AND Lair in order to get speed.
Yet the attack came, he had a disadvantage army wise, eco wise and tech wise because it's simply impossible. Always these Bronze player comments :f

why's everyone think mvp can't play a macro game? i'd bet my house he didn't get #1 on the ladder doing 10 min timing pushes every single game. jesus christ, stop making dumbass excuses. idra won on steppes, so there's no reason he can't win on close meta positions.
at least mvp didn't send SCVs with his attacks
