They're not charging for the RTS stream. It's free.

The paid stream is HD and shows the developer panels.

wow im actually fallying alseep watching this. it just too slow pace. i remember when i tried to play this competitively, but it was just so boring trying to get good. i watch replays and would be tired watching it and trying to learn from it
