Sorry for the noob question but I'm just wondering. 67% of damage goes to armour and 33% to health. It does not reduce total damage done. Essentially it's a second health pool that's nearly worthless if your primary health pool is too low. Ahh, alright. I appreciate the response.

Noty. Besides, the firing mechanics are way better in CS as it is. Map control is what makes quake as good as it is^^

These Quake commentators are really good, great balance of play by play, insight and excitement and they're not talking over each other. There's a lot of Sc2 commentators that could learn from these guys.

Yeah, they are really good. They have been doing it for a long time though. This is Day & Apollos first event together. Takes time.

it's day9's first major event and dApollo is first time commentating. They both do pretty good job.

Is there a shotgun in this current map?
Edit: Ok rapha got one so I guess there is.

Man I love watching quake live, so awesome!!
Does anybody know approximately the dmg of rockets and rails? I have trouble weighing them against each other when watching.
|
It has to be scary as hell to play against someone with as good a rail as Cooller has on this 3rd map. Over 50% accuracy is nuts.

i think you misunderstand what we're talking about. i wasn't making a slight against quake, 2k4 is more control based. : p
