Many great shots are being missed and you need a good spectator to really enjoy it. I agree. The game is fairly slow and tactical as well, so if you aren't familiar with the game it won't seem very interesting.

Is there any way to limit those connections? I've tried several firewall or net shaping products, but none had the functionality I'm looking for. Perhaps I just missed it, though. Help is appreaciated :-)

It opens dozens of p2p connections and basically kills the internet in my entire house. Browsing becomes really slow, gaming is impossible. Exact same thing here. I absolutely hate Octoshape due to the fact it uses up so much bandwith and lags the entire network in my house. :/

But I found myself watching all of the quake :D. I think thats a fantastic spectator sport, will definitely watch more lol. I'm a little sad it's over. quake and sc have always been the most fun games for me to watch!

Well the original post does end with: 'How to watch: http://tv.esl.eu/de/ http://www.glhf.tv/ If you plan to re-stream (with livestream, ustream, etc) post in the thread and I will add it here.' So I would guess they are ok with re-streaming. Not sure really if jalstar is representative of IEM:/
