Terrans can do that I suppose. And he's a warlock...wow, this guy sure loves taking on a challenge ![]() (this is coming from a former warlock)

HDH is legit, but it will never be GSL-scaled, nor is it an official Blizzard partner with the help of huge sponsors. Plus, GSL is happening almost consecutively until the end of the year, I'm sure HDH2 will last longer than a week.

I also wonder why they did not do the paper work while they were inviting the players. I get the sense that it's something more than paper work, but what do I know.

Considering the fact that the money comes from google adds on youtube this will require a lot of calculating/negotiating. Nevertheless when you consider that both HDH und GGI are somehow struggling I think we can become a bit sceptical about the future of super-duper coss-realm invitationals. I pretty sure Blizz just wants to coordinate times of big events. Starting HDH during the GSl would be bad for everyone. Guessing that they want a piece of the pie from HDH proffits is absurd imo.

And in the meantime there will be MLG and later on IEM, EPS-Finals etc. And the further HDH will be delayed the less interest there will be. I wouldn't necessarily say that there will be less interest since the tournament haven't even started yet. If the tournament gets the games played within a reasonable time with the games being casted right away I don't think the interest will be less later than right now. If it on the other hand draws out for months on end from the first game played, that's when people will lose interest imo.

My interest is really waning, at this point.. I thought the first HDH was the coolest thing in the world, but after watching so many streams, weekly tournys, pro tournys, amateur tournys, etc, I'm starting to wonder if I'll even feel like watching these games when they finally come out.. GG on delaying the shit out of this tourny, blizzard.

This tournament will have alot problems with such a big prize pool if its only online, since someone will most likely try to cheat since its so easy and that might be what blizard is concerned about. It would hurt blizzard alot if someone would get caught already in a big sc2 tournament. GSL, IEM and MLG got alot better protection against cheating.
