Works... I was using an external app to remap my key before since backspace is super inefficient, so thanks!

For those that own a Razer mouse you might be interested in my method. I have the Razer DeathAdder and with this setup I can larva inject using only 2 mouse clicks (no keyboard).

My hot keys are
1-3 Army
4 all hatcheries
5 all queens

Using the macro function located in the Razer mouse driver on button 5 (it's a extra button located on the left side of the mouse, very comfortable to hit).

Set up the macro with the following key strokes "5 backspace X" (x if you are using grid hot keys). Once you have this set up injecting larva is simply this.

Step 1: click "button 5" on mouse
Step 2: left click hatch
Repeat as needed.

I have found even if I have a hatch with no queen it's easy to click button 5, see that hatch has no queen and click button 5 again to go to the next hatch. You can spot the hatch with no queen in under a half second. Also if you go around the cycle and try to click on a hatch that you already injected it's no problem, you simply get that warning buzzer. Just hit escape to cancel your command or double tap 1 to get back to your army.

Personally I have found this setup super intuitive to learn and as quick as any other larva inject setup. In fact you may even be able to hold the shit key and inject even faster as shown in this youtube video (not mine). + Show Spoiler +
Even in the heat of battle I can calmly take a second and get my larva inject done. Before I would sometimes screw up my larva inject and a queen would go for a nice long walk across the map grrrrrr. With this method I haven't done that yet, I'm not sure exactly why but It just feels more precise with this new method.

Disadvantages? Well if you are trying to go pro you probably won't be able to install your Razer drivers and set up the macro function at a tournament (but I think gaming mice that store the macros in the mouse itself will be out within the next few years). But for the average Joe (like me) who has no chance of going pro, only plays at home and only for personal enjoyment, this is a sold setup.

The last tip is take notice of the mouse cursor. It will turn into a green crosshair if it's ok to larva inject. This is useful if you have overlords (or whatever) obscuring your view of the hatchery. Cya.

Shift-spamming inject on the minimap works also well.
Starcraft 2 is funny, everybody picks the race, which he considers to be the weakest. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Are you sure about that? I just find that hard to believe when Razer sells the SC2 gaming mouse that supports macros!
http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.199816600/categoryId.35208800
Here is a review saying it supports macros,
http://www.pcworld.com/article/212110/review_razer_spectre_starcraft_ii_gaming_mouse.html
Also it's not altering or hacking the SC2 program in anyway. I just can't imagine Blizzard caring one way or another.

Now talking about the ethical use of macros in SC2 is a different story. I suspect all major tournaments ban the use of any macros but I don't know for sure. And i really don't know how much of an edge it gives anyway. I suspect not much but for me I like this setup and plan to continue to use it. If i get baned by Blizzard I'll let you guys know .

why don't you put all your queens on one key and v-klick the hatcheries on the minimap... I play T so i don't know...

Seriously this thread gave Zerg users like...10 times the work load for doing something so simple as binding all Queens to a Hotkey (4 for me) and then injecting via the minimap -_-

Please, Zerg users, just use the mini-map, the OP's suggestion is a WASTE OF TIME.

Injecting via minimap is stupid, and once you start seeing huge maps in play more, good luck clicking your 2x2 pixel hatcheries. I fully support the OP's method, it's not remotely more work. You literally mash buttons to inject, it takes a half a second tops.
I'm not going to cut my hair any time soon. I'm gonna let it grow out - I'm gonna become a shag monster. Shaggy monster, I guess, is what I should have said. I will ALSO be a shag monster. day[9] the shag monster, who plays both games and girls *snap*

Yea I find clicking accurately on the mini map during the heat of battle more difficult then some of the other inject methods. There is also some benefits to seeing your hatchery, like: how long until next larva inject, are my drones ok and doing what they are suppose to, any units standing around due to a bad rally point, ETC.

But obviously it's personal preference. Every Zerg players should try all the different methods and pick the one they find easiest.

Swiss and finnish layouts are different, but we do have § on the same place and these commands work for me. StatusOwner is there only to remove conflict. (My grave key is next to enter)

it'a a fast method once you get used to it but its faster like this:

1. move mouse to center
2. press '4' ( all queens key)
3. and then repeat ~V

Its faster because you are repeating only 2 keys instead of 3( we are not playing piano here :-) )
