Yes it stops terrans from ever producing banshees. In 2v2 Siegetank + sentry forcefield is extreamly strong comp, but replicating siegetanks might be too expensive for that.

Bug Report

I found that if you have an army of Corrupters and Vipers and you use the Viper's grab ability, the Corrupters will be able to shoot the target for a short amount of time, like they were an air unit for a second.

Blizzard has announced a bunch of new changes to HoTS multiplayer. I think this map should be updated to reflect the changes! http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/4833874/Developer_Update_Heart_of_the_Swarm_Multiplayer-4_11_2012#blog

These are the changes that definitely can be changed without guess work

Protoss
-Remove replicant

Zerg
-Bring back Overseer
-Edit Viper

Terran
-Remove Shredder

As for the other stuff, maybe create a custom UI at the beginning of the map to choose certain units/properties? i.e. Tempest with longer range/no aoe versus the Tempest we have now, or Thor vs Warhound. This might be too much of a hassle, but Blizzard gave us no specifics as to how the new stuff functions (New (?) Tempest, new nydus worms, terran missle launcher thingy, even the AOE radius of the new Viper blind)

I'd like to see continued development of this mod as we learn more, despite obvious issues.

With HotS all but being confirmed for possibly both E3 2012 and MLG Anaheim, will you continue production of this mod? Would love to see a new, updated version to play with in the months leading up to beta.

Hey, I don't know if anyone still plays this, or if the maker is still active with developing it, but I found a bug. I was producing a sentry from my gateway, and when it was at like 95% my warpgate research finished, so I started spamming G to transform it into a warpgate when my sentry finished, but instead of waiting till the sentry came out, the sentry was immediately cancelled and I wasn't refunded the resources from it.

It could have been because I had 2 gateways selected, one of which didn't have anything building, the other of which had the sentry building.

Yeah I would also like to this mod be updated once everyone heads over to MLG to try out the new HOTS build. Maybe XenoX will update it once we get more info about that stuff.

Although I haven't heard from him in a bit. Not sure where he went.

Hey guys, I'm still here, been really busy with studies and with the announcements that the HOTS units are being changed I felt I could put this on hold for a bit until we get more info. Because we won't know for sure until MLG I will wait until then to see what needs to be done. Can't give a time-frame for how long from then the next patch will be but I am interested in keeping this up to date if it is possible to do so. Also re: the tournament I mentioned countless times in the past it's still something I really want to do but I will need to get some funding for it in some way and don't know if or when that will be possible. It does make sense to have a tournament of sorts after we have more conclusive info on HOTS though. Lastly I am aware that Shakuras is still broken, every time I seem to fix the pylon power it just breaks down again, I have been trying to fix it but again I have been busy with studies lately and honestly Shakuras isn't the best map anyway , j/k. I'll try to keep you guys posted as it gets closer. Thanks again everyone for your support and continuing interest in the map! <3

Could someone actually upload one of the maps?
I have an older version and it's really bugged, as for downloading new maps they just wont work for some reason.

Are you sure everyone will be invited to the beta who wants it? Do you know that you will be in the first round of beta?

Might take a while for everyone to get in if it ever does so the map would be nice for the rest who don't get in.

I hope the map maker can update this map to reflect the newest HotS shown at Anahiem. I for one can't wait to test it out, I think the beta is still going to be at least a month away after blizzard listens to all the feedback and decides what to do with it. And even if the beta is released next week, it's not guaranteed that we will all be invited, the chances are quite slim actually.

What feedback? We watched a couple battle reports where, instead of playing to win, the opponents played to showcase new units. They're not keeping an ear out for any kneejerk reactions posted on Bnet or TL forums, so don't fret about the beta being delayed.
