It's very easy to understand the rules of starcraft. Open galaxy editor and then click on the data editor tab and it's all there. Every single detail from the fact that void rays and sentries deal damage instantaneously, to the fact that all weapons have a random delay between -1/16 seconds and 1/8 seconds associated them to the fact that zerglings have a minium effective attack period of 0.5 seconds as a result of the back swing value. You would be suprised by how much custom map makers know about the mechanics of SC2. | ||
