I think TSL should be like the 'World Championship' Of starcraft 2 and it should be once a year. Start the qualifiers in ~January and the final should be in May as it was this time.

Greatest Tournament I've seen :D Over 65k on the stream and so on...

You don't know what you're talking about: lag was not the issue. The lag favored the Koreans at least as much as it favored the foreigners (some games were played on Korean servers; some on foreign servers), and in the case of presumably the top Korean in the tournament, MC, the series he lost was played in a lag-free environment (both MC and Thorzain were in Europe at the time).

Lag is just a flimsy excuse for people who don't want to admit that in the Starcraft 2 scene, the gap between foreigners and Koreans is tiny, if not non-existent.

yeah i know that TSL have splitted the servers you play on. but i know, that even idra said its not fair and unplayable as korean, understand?

i want TSL to be the biggest and finest gather of the worlds best players... that's why i criticize it like that, don't get me wrong. but if TSL is only a foreigner tournament, it's different. i thought it's the best tournament made from the western world.

I voted 'start already' because... yeah. But indeed once a year or similar adds way more hype. I honestly didn't follow too much of last GSTL and gsl may because it feels there's no time to raise expectations. Same happens with super tournament. There should be slight break between big tournaments so people don't get tired in having too much to follow.

There's been long breaks between TSLs in the past too? Or well, at least 2 & 3. So I don't see need to rush it.

Once in 3 months is cool for me. So there will be Summer/Winter/Spring/Autumn champions, and then maybe a semifinal between them !

Start it up ASAP!

As a Pro Spectator, TSL was amazing, Being a PRO sc2 player needs to be a full time Job!
Besides, who isn't hyped about more ThorZain the Champion matches?

Or the Insanly Motivated Angry Naniwa Vegeta like Matches!

Liquid Nation is so awsome.

Once a year is just Silly..... Who the fuck would want to wait 10 months between TSL's.

People saying the Hype will go down... Are you Kidding me. All TSL needs to do is bring in new maps each tournament and the Fun will never stop for spectators. Cause to be honest, Crevasse, Tal'Darim, Terminus are fun maps.

There is so much Awsome potential for sick series in tournament Games with a Nice Prize Pool.

GSL is once a month... TSL should be TWICE a month!

I really feel like a lot of tournaments lose their hype because they occur too often. The best things come once a year: Christmas, March Madness, Shark Week..etc If we start having like 8 tournaments 4 times a year its gonna be hard to keep up. This is coming from someone who watches 10-20 hours of sc2 a week.

The tsl3 has been one of the most fun to watch tournaments I have gotten a chance to kind of participate in. From the qualifiers, to ro32 upset madness, to the awesome TvT slugfest that was Thorzain vs Kas, and of course the finals. Just everymatch played with such heart, I loved it.

Point is I would say make it once a year. Hype it up, get everyone excited, and do it right. And by do it right I mean do it exactly the same and hope it turns out just as good.

TSL is the best tournament out there. Actually i'd prefer something like one tournament a year, to build up the hype and expectations. 9 Months would be ok too!

2 times a year seems reasonable, not too often to make it less epic but still enough :-)

2 times a year, more would make it less special.

tsl should not be like nasl or gsl.

I think that twice a year would be perfect. It's still not that often and the TSL was a lot of fun. I wouldn't want to wait for a whole year to go by

TSL should only be once a year.
I would rather have that 1 amazing tournament every year, that gets 100% effort put into it.
Then have the same tournament being run 4-5 times a year, not getting enough time to prepare and not have 100% effort because by the 3rd time everyone is tired.

I would love MORE TSL next week!

But. I know that making TSL possible is an HUGE (humoungus?) effort and to make everything so smooth requires many hours of work so I think that TL staff deserves some time to rest and enjoy the credits of the excelent tournament that they gave us.

Besides: if we had TSL every month and a half it would surely lose quality and interest.

I aprove TSL every 6 months (an year is to looong...!).
