TSL will lose its attraction if it turns into a normal tourny. It has to have the build up time to it. has to continue to be the legendary tournament other than a tournament

Depends what the site can afford in my opinon, prize pool was nice this TSL3, but can they afford that much prize money again in a few months?

Getting the best players to come is with the money incentive, so i agree with 2 maybe 3 a year theres no rush.

I agree with everyone saying keep it special, once a year. That's one of the biggest selling points of the TSL "brand". That said...

I could see it going twice year. Preferably with a summer season winter season sort of alternation so they feel distinct. Maybe there can be some sort of format difference? Like massive bo3 round robin groups, cut to bo7 top4? This way it feels like two independent special events, not repetitive.

Twice a year would preserve the kinda superspecial feeling one gets about the TSL and also satisfy my wishes to see more awesome games. Running it more often would diminish its value imo.

Im not even done watching the tsl semifinals!
holding the actually tournament once or twice a year would be great.
however we can start qualifiers a few months before
