Wolf and Khaldor both commented on Roro being able to throw out his infested terrans really quickly, and DRG always just seemed to be having way less out there despite having the lead in infestors. It was kinda weird. That's exactly what I was thinking while watching the VODs. DRG was almost at an unlose-able position early in game 2, and I still have no idea how he managed to lose. (will have to re-watch the game) But I definitely thought DRG's infestors did not do their job as well as Roro's. That and slight upgrade disadvantage, but I think it's more of his Infestor usage. I don't play zerg so I don't know when to throw infested terrans or when to throw fungals, but DRG lost almost every engagement even with superior infestor counts. Having said that, DRG did look good. I haven't seen his games for quite a while, but his APM was high, macro was spot-on, and his micro and map awareness was excellent as well. It's very strange though such a top Z player doesn't know how to use infestors correctly. I'd like to hear some explanation from Z players why the battles went the way they did. What's the trick in using infestors?

What's the trick in using infestors? I don't play Z either, but I am quite sure that the way you do it is by using shift+click queing up "spawn infested Terran". So that is why it is hard to do reactively, the attacker can decide in advance and do the que up. In this way you get the same speed as the scroll click trick (or faster). The defender has to do it manually (which is alot slower). So i guess attackers advantage. That is enough. You have to click an insane amount of times though just for 6 infestors with full engergy. 8 clicks per full energy infestor. So 20 full energy infestors = 160 clicks 8) Edit: not need to use normal cast first, it will issue commands to different units automatically. Dont spawn them all at samme place though, then there is no space.
