All right, day 1 is a normal day with no power ups. We get to lynch who we want and then at night mafia gets to kill who they want. That gives town some vca and mafia a chance to shut down one top town guy. From there you play it like the rest of this game.
No vig though.
If mafia win they should be allowed to see the judge's choices and change one name.

All right. Day 1 is played like a normal day. Then day 2 onwards we vote for a guy to lynch and the majority one dies. Nights mafia gets to kill who they want and day town gets to kill who they want.

Get rid of the judges and the winner gets a power and the ability to pick three people. Mafia get one rb.

Even if the judges get all three mafia on the first lynch if it's not who town thinks is mafia it's wildly dissatisfying to play in since mentally you're at an impasse until they pick who you want.

Give mafia that change-name ability to use on D1 or D2 OR they can have a vest-penetrating shot. I think'd work well for gauging whether they can get a strong townie lynched or if they just shoot them in the face.
